A Parent – Teacher meeting was held at the AC Auditorium of Vidyodaya Public School on 8th June 2024 for the I PUC JEE / NEET aspirant students and for their parents.
The main forces of the meeting were to provide guidance and support to help the parents and the students to understand the competitive exam process and to discuss the proposed plans of JEE / NEET for the current academic year.
The College Principal Sri Sandeep Kumar discussed on the effective study strategies, managing exam stress and anxiety creating a supportive environment at home. He also provided some tips to score high in these national level exams.
Our alumni Rakshak who scored 6th rank in PU Board examination, 252 rank in CET and 98.29 percentail in JEE examination, shared his study habits with the present batch. Gautami Vittala Naik, who scored 409 category rank in the NEET examination inspired students to strive hard and accomplish their goals.
A PPT presentation on JEE and NEET was also presented by Physics Lecturer Sri Sandeep Shenoy with the aim to provide a detailed information about the same to help the child to perform well and have a holistic development. It was followed by a healthy interaction between parents and teachers.
Vice Principal Smt. Ranjana K. welcomed the gathering and Smt. Sowmya Kajekar H.O.D Department of Mathematics proposed the vote of thanks. Smt. Shubha Kamath H.O.D Department of Physics compered the programme.
