A one day workshop for Hindi Lecturers of Udupi district was conducted on 4th August 2023 in the College Auditorium. The resource person for the workshop was Sri Narayana P Shetty, retired Principal, Bhandarkar’s College, Kundapura.
The workshop began with an invocation by the students of Vidyodaya Pre-University College, Udupi followed by the inauguration by Sri Maruthi, DDPU of Udupi District.
While addressing the gathering our honourable DDPU spoke about the importance of workshops and its benefits to the lecturers.
Sri Narayana P Shetty, the resource person, in his speech stressed the importance of our National language Hindi and guided the lecturers with the useful informations on the same.
Smt. Yashodha Chauhan was the President of the programme. Smt. Vijayalaxmi Aithal, HOD, Dept. of Hindi, Vidyodaya P U College, Udupi welcomed the gathering and the vote of thanks was proposed by Sri Kiran Vaje.
Smt. Vanitha Tholar was the master of ceremony.
Nearly fifty Hindi lecturers from various colleges of Udupi district participated in the workshop and enlightened themselves.
